Merge your Star Points into one balance
Members can request to combine reward points into a single balance by moving points between their seller and buyer accounts. For your protection, transfers are only allowed between accounts registered under the same member.
Transfers are only permitted between accounts that share the same registered member identity — your email, name, and account details must match.
Once approved, your Star Points balances will be merged into the destination account. Transfers are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
