Sellers set their own return policies. Review the return terms on each listing before purchasing, and contact the seller directly to initiate any return or exchange.

Returns

Sellers are fully responsible for establishing their own return policies on every item they list. They may offer varying return windows or decline returns on specific items. Always review the return policy for each item before purchasing.

If a seller agrees to accept a return, finalise the details with them before shipping the item back to ensure a smooth, hassle-free process. Some sellers offer free return shipping; others may require buyers to cover return shipping costs or restocking fees.

Important
Once Star Points rewards have been redeemed, all sales are final. No returns will be accepted after points redemption.

How to start a return:

  • Go to your Account → My Orders
  • Select the relevant order and click "Support"
  • Choose "Return" and select the item to return
  • Describe the details of your return request and submit
  • Print the return label from the seller and ship item back
Refunds

Refunds

Refunds are not required unless explicitly stated in the seller's listing, or if the item received is significantly not as described. For any refund requests, reach out to the seller directly as a first step.

How to request a refund:

  • Go to your Account → My Orders
  • Select the relevant order and click "Refund"
  • Choose partial or full refund, provide your reason, and submit

Exchanges

Exchanges

All exchanges are handled at the seller's discretion and must be worked out directly between the buyer and seller. Not all sellers offer exchanges, so check the listing policy before purchasing.

How to request an exchange:

  • Go to your Account → My Orders
  • Select the relevant order and click "Support"
  • Choose "Exchange" and select the item
  • Describe the details and submit your request
  • If approved, print a return label and ship the item back
Policy abuse

Shoppe Star monitors all return and refund activity. Members found to be abusing our return policy will face account suspension and/or forfeiture of their Star Points rewards.
