If something goes wrong with your order, you can request support through your account. Sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly, but when that doesn’t happen, Shoppe Star steps in to help review the case and protect your purchase.

The Money Back Guarantee applies to eligible purchases made directly on Shoppe Star. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and within the applicable refund window.

Certain items and situations may be excluded from coverage, including final sale or non-returnable items, custom or personalized products, digital or downloadable goods, perishable items, and orders returned outside the refund period. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery, or orders that violate Shoppe Star policies, may also be ineligible.

Refunds cannot be issued for purchases that fall outside the designated refund window or for items that do not meet our eligibility requirements. We encourage buyers to review eligibility before requesting a refund to ensure a smooth process.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable; however, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, shipping costs will be refunded along with the item. Our goal is to make the refund process simple and fair, protecting your purchase whenever possible.

Once a refund is approved, the amount is issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times typically range from 5–7 business days, though your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

To request a refund, log in to your Shoppe Star account and navigate to My Orders. Select the order you wish to refund and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request. Once submitted, your request will be evaluated, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
