General Compliance
All members must abide by Shoppe Star’s guidelines. Failure to abide by any of our guidelines will result in account suspension, as well as reward points forfeiture.
Age Requirement
Shoppe Star members must be 18 years and older in order to sell and/or purchase items on our website. Individuals under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to sell or purchase items.
Respectful Conduct
Shoppe Star members are prohibited from threatening others, using profanity, or hate speech of any kind.
Prohibited Items
Selling or buying stolen property is strictly prohibited on Shoppe Star.
Accurate Descriptions
All items sold must be described as listed. If an item is not described as listed, you must accept the return despite what the listing states.
Authenticity
All items sold must be authentic. Selling replicas, knockoffs, or counterfeit items is a serious violation. Art replicas are allowed if legal and clearly stated in the listing.
Program Integrity
Shoppe Star members must not abuse feedback, returns, or buyer/seller protection programs.
