member must uphold
Required
General Compliance
All members must abide by Shoppe Star's guidelines. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or forfeiture of Star Points rewards.
18+ only
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to buy or sell on Shoppe Star. Minors may use the platform only with explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Community
Respectful Conduct
Harassment, threats, or hate speech are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Strict
Prohibited Items
The sale of stolen or illegal goods is strictly prohibited. See our full Prohibited Items list for every restricted category.
Accurate Listings
All items must be described honestly and accurately. Listings that misrepresent an item — whether in condition, authenticity, or description — will be removed from the platform.
Trust
Authenticity
Selling counterfeit, fake, or replica items is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account removal. All branded items must be genuine.
Fairness
Program Integrity
Attempts to manipulate or circumvent platform policies — including the rewards program, feedback system, or shipping requirements — are violations and may lead to suspension or permanent removal.
Enforcement
What Happens When Guidelines Are Violated
1st
Listing Removal
The offending listing is immediately removed from the platform.
2nd
Account Warning
A formal warning is issued. Repeat violations escalate the response.
3rd
Suspension
Account suspended and all Star Points rewards forfeited.
Reminder
Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated Star Points rewards. Shoppe Star reserves the right to permanently remove any member found to be in serious or repeated violation of these guidelines.
