Yes — completely free. No listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no setup costs. You only pay the 15% final sale fee when an item actually sells.

How does the 15% fee work exactly? +

The 15% fee is calculated on the item price only — not on shipping costs or sales tax. If you sell an item for $100, you keep $85 in cash, plus earn Star Points on your sale — redeemable once you reach $200 in total sales.

When and how do I get paid? +

Set up and verify your payout account in your Shoppe Star Seller Hub. Eligible earnings are released within 2 business days, subject to processing times and any applicable holds. Once your funds are available, you can request a payout to your connected bank account or choose an instant payout to an eligible debit card, typically arriving within 30 minutes. Shoppe Star doesn't charge sellers for payout fees.

Why do I need to verify my identity? +

The INFORM Consumers Act requires online marketplaces to verify the identity of sellers. Your information is encrypted and never shared with buyers.

What shipping options do I have? +

Shoppe Star is integrated with major shipping carriers, giving you discounted rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You can offer calculated rates, a flat rate, or free shipping.

When can I redeem my Star Points? +

Points unlock for redemption once the buyer has confirmed delivery and you've made $200 or more in total sales. Redeem for eGift cards, PayPal, charity donations, or bank transfers. $10 minimum per redemption.

Can I sell new and pre-owned items? +

Yes — both new and pre-owned. The listing form supports new with tags, new without tags, like new, good, and fair condition.
