TRACK AN ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

In an effort to ensure the safe delivery of high-value items, Shoppe Star requires a buyer or responsible person to sign for packages exceeding $1,000 USD. This is designed to protect members from potential fraud, theft, and misdelivery.


DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.  The seller is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied and are your responsibility as the buyer.


P.O. BOXES

USPS is the only carrier that can ship to P.O. Boxes.  Priority Mail & Priority Mail Express shipping are available for P.O. Boxes.  Weekend/holiday deliveries are not available.  Shipping times will depend on the shipping zip code.


APO/FPO

USPS is the only carrier that can ship to APO/FPO.  Express shipping is not available for APO/FPO.  Weekend/holiday deliveries are also not available.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Weekend/holiday deliveries are not available.  Overnight shipping is not available for international orders.


HS TARIFF CODES (FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS)

As of 2023, USPS requires a “HS (Harmonized System) Tariff Code” (or just “HS Code”) for all outbound international packages. This includes small personal gifts, ecommerce orders, and military and diplomatic mail (APO/DPO/FPO).

The Harmonized System (HS) Tariff Code, or HS Code, is a 6–14 digit number that identifies a product for customs purposes. The HS Code is required for all items shipped internationally, except documents, on customs forms.

Every item in your package must be listed on the customs declaration form. For each item’s description: You can’t just name a general category; your description must be specific. For example, you can’t just write “electronics”; you have to be specific about the type of electronics, like “computer,” “mobile phone,” or “television.”
