RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange up to 30 days after delivery.  Please note that all merchandise must unworn, undamaged, unaltered or defective to be eligible for a full refund.

-Final sale items
-Monogrammed items
-Personalized items
-Items that have been worn or used
-Items that have been altered or damaged
-Items without the original tags attached (if applicable)


DAMAGED ITEMS OR SHIPMENTS

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at: customerservice@shoppestar.com with your order number.  Please be advised that Customer Service may request a photo of the item’s condition.


HOW TO START A RETURN:

-Go to your Account

-Choose your order.

-Click on the “return” button.

-Select the item(s) that you want to return.

-Choose the reason for the return.

-Submit a refund request.

-You will receive an email with a pre-paid return label.

-Print the pre-paid return label.

-Ship the item(s) back to us within 14 business days.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International returns are eligible for a refund if the item(s) are returned within 30 days of delivery.  If you choose to return an item(s), the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with the original tags attached.

You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. All returns require an RMA in order to be processed. We will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.


ABUSE OF OUR RETURN POLICY

If we decide that a customer is abusing our return policy, they will be subjected to account suspension and blocked from making any future purchases.

Examples of abuse include:

-Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns

-Disregarding item conditions required for returns

-Requesting an excessive number of returns and exchanges


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.


EXCHANGES

Items are eligible to be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.  If you choose to exchange an item(s), the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received.  Item(s) must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered with the original tags attached (if applicable).
