RETURNS

Sellers are fully responsible for establishing their own policies for refunds, exchanges, and returns on every item they list for sale. They have the option to offer varying return policies or to refuse returns on specific items. It is imperative to review the return policy for each item that you intend to purchase.

If the seller agrees to accept a return, please finalize the details with the seller before sending back the item for a smooth and hassle-free return/exchange process.

If the seller is unable to assist you, your next recommended step is to seek help from customer service by filing a dispute. Shoppe Star guarantees a full refund for qualifying orders in the event that an order fails to arrive, arrives damaged, or does not match the description.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If operating as a seller outside of the U.S., we recommend creating a return policy for each listing.


HOW TO START A RETURN:

-Go to your Account

-Choose your order.

-Click on the “return” button.

-Select the item(s) that you want to return.

-Choose the reason for the return.

-Submit a refund request.

-You will receive an email with a pre-paid return label.

-Print the pre-paid return label.

-Ship the item(s) back to the seller.


ABUSE OF OUR RETURN POLICY

If we decide that a customer is abusing our return policy, they will be subjected to account suspension and forfeiture of their reward points.

Examples of abuse include:

-Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns

-Disregarding item conditions required for returns

-Requesting an excessive number of returns and exchanges

EXCHANGES

Sellers are not obligated to accept exchanges unless it is stipulated in their listing. We advise reaching out to the seller directly to inquire about making exchanges.


HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S):

-Go to your Account

-Choose your order.

-Click on the “exchange” button.

-Select the item(s) that you want to exchange.

-Choose the reason for the exchange.

-Submit an exchange request.

-You will receive an email with a pre-paid return label.

-Print the pre-paid return label.

-Ship the item(s) back to the seller.


REFUNDS

It’s not mandatory for sellers to issue refunds unless it is stated in their listing or the item(s) are not described as listed. We advise reaching out to the seller directly to inquire about any potential refunds.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:

-Go to your Account

-Choose your order.

-Click on the “refund” button.

-Please select the option for either a partial or a full refund.

-Select the item(s) that you want to return.

-Choose the reason for the return.

-Submit a refund request.
