CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
To get started, click on “My Account.”
Enter your email address and complete your customer account registration.
CONFIRM DELIVERY
When you have received and inspected your purchases, you must confirm delivery. Click on “My Account” and select the option to confirm delivery. When your delivery is confirmed, all sales will be final and returns will not be accepted.
All reward points earned will be available for redemption in your reward points balance.
REDEEM REWARDS
We recommend reviewing our rewards catalog before redeeming your reward points. Here, you will find the retailers from which we offer rewards, along with their respective minimum and maximum redemption limits.
1. To redeem rewards, click on “My Account.”
2. Scroll down and select “My Points.” This page will display your rewards points balance.
3. Finally, redeem your reward points for an e-gift card of your choice.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
If you’re a buyer from outside the U.S., you may be charged an import tax (duty) in your home country.
Import taxes will not be included in the item(s) cost unless specified in the listing.
Import taxes must be paid before your order is delivered or picked up from your local shipping carrier.
BUYER PROTECTION
Buyer Protection covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used.
If you don’t receive the item you ordered or it is significantly different from its description, you may qualify for Buyer Protection. You will be issued a full refund, including any shipping costs that you may have incurred.

REPORT ABUSE
Shoppe Star takes any violation of our policies and guidelines very seriously.
To ensure our members safe and positive shopping experience, we have included a “report abuse” button for every item listed.
If you see a listing that violates Shoppe Star’s policies, please report it immediately.
However, if any member abuses the “report abuse” option, their account will be suspended, and their rewards will be forfeited.
ABUSE OF OUR RETURN POLICY
If we decide a member has abused our return policy, they will be subject to account suspension and forfeiture of their reward points.
Examples of abuse include:
-Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns
-Disregarding item conditions required for returns
-Requesting an excessive number of returns
PROHIBITED ITEMS
We recommend that you review our list of prohibited items before making purchases to avoid order cancellation and reward reversal.
