How To Sell

CREATE A VENDOR (SELLER) ACCOUNT

To get started, click on the “My Account” button on the top right side of our website.

You will be able to register for a vendor account here.  Scroll down and select “Become a Vendor” to complete your vendor registration. 

Once you have completed your vendor registration, you will be directed to your vendor dashboard. Click on the “settings” tab on the left menu. This is where you will set up your store.

Click on the “payment” tab and set up your withdrawal method. This step is essential because this is how you will be compensated for your sales.

When you have finished setting up your store, you can begin selling.


LIST AN ITEM

You can create listings in your store by clicking on the product tab and selecting “add new.”

Upload your product images to your listing.

Select your product type. The most commonly used product type is simple product.

Type in the product name.

Type in the price. You will have the option to discount the cost of your product. If you click on “schedule,” you can decide how long you want the discount to last. Click “cancel” to remove the discount schedule from your listing.

Write a short and full description of the item(s) that you’re selling.

Choose the category for your product. Select the sub-category of the item(s). Add product tags to your listing. This will help customers find items that you are selling quicker.

Click on the inventory tab to manage the stock of the item(s) that you’re selling.

Click on the shipping tab to enter the item’s weight, length, width, height, and processing time for shipment.

Click on the attributes tab, to select the item(s) condition, size, color, and return policy.

Finally, click “submit” to publish your item for sale.

SELLER PROTECTION

Seller Protection will cover physical goods (excluding digital items or services) sold and shipped with proof of delivery from within the United States to buyers worldwide.

To qualify for Seller Protection, you must ship orders within seven days to the address indicated in the transaction details and provide an accurate delivery estimate.

You must disclose all details of the item you’re selling. The description must clearly state that the item(s) sold have defects or abnormalities and have been previously used.

INTERNATIONAL SELLERS

We recommend that all international sellers disclose who is responsible for duties and taxes in their store listings, if applicable.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

We recommend that you review our list of prohibited items before posting products to avoid account suspension and/or reward forfeiture.
