How it Works
If a buyer cancels an eligible order or returns a product, you can request a full refund from Shoppe Star following the seller refund policy.
Eligibility
Eligible refunds include canceled orders, returned items in original condition, and disputes resolved in your favor. Some transactions may be excluded.
Fast Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the amount is returned to your linked payment method quickly. Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Requesting a Refund
Go to your Shoppe Star seller dashboard, select the eligible order, and click "Request Refund." Follow the instructions to process your seller refund.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available for ineligible orders or items damaged due to seller mishandling. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless specified in policy.
