A step-by-step walkthrough for creating Simple and Variable product listings on Shoppe Star. List your first item in minutes.
Use Simple Product for single items with one price β one size, one colour, one SKU.
- Upload photos (max 24) β front, back, detail, and any flaws
- Select Simple Product as the product type
- Choose your Category and Brand
- Enter a clear, descriptive Item title
- Add Attributes such as Colour, Size, and Condition
- Write a Short Description β displayed below the title
- Write a full Description with all item details and provenance
- Set your Price and optional sale price
- Set Quantity and stock status
- Add Weight, Dimensions, and Processing time
- Configure shipping options and returns policy
- Click Save listing β your item is now live
Use Variable Product when an item comes in multiple sizes, colours, or variations β each with its own price, stock, and SKU.
Start with your photos (max 24) and select Variable Product as the product type. Choose your Category, Brand, and enter your item title. Then add your attribute values β for example, Color: Red, Blue, Green or Size: S, M, L, XL β and check Use as Variation for each attribute you want to drive variations.
Go to the Variations tab. Click Create all combinations to auto-generate every combination of your attributes, or click + Add variation to add them individually. For each variation, set:
- A variation-specific image (e.g. photo of the red version)
- Individual price and optional sale price
- Stock quantity and stock status
- A unique SKU for your own inventory tracking
Add your Short Description and full Description. Configure shipping options (calculated, flat, or free) and your store location. Enable offers if you'd like to accept buyer offers, set your returns policy, and click Save listing. Your variable product is now live β buyers will see a variation selector on the product page.
