Step-by-Step: How To List An Item

1 Go to your Store Manager and click Products → Add New.

2 Enter the Product Title and upload product images.

3 Fill in Short Description and Full Description.

4 Select the appropriate Product Category.

5 Choose Product Type (Simple, Variable, Virtual, or Downloadable).

6 Enter Regular Price and optionally a Sale Price.

7 If variable: add attributes (Size, Color) and create variations.

8 Enter Stock, SKU, and Shipping Details.

9 Add Processing Time and Shipping Dimensions (L × W × H).

10 Review everything, then click Submit / Publish.

How to List Variable Products

1 Login to your Store Manager → Products → Add New.

2 Select Variable Product.

3 Fill in Product Title, Description, Images, and Category.

4 Add attributes (e.g. Size, Color), enter values, check "Used for variations", and Save.

5 Create variations manually or click "Create variations from all attributes".

6 Set price, stock, SKU, images, shipping for each variation.

7 Final checks: ensure all variations have prices and correct info.

8 Click Submit/Publish to make your product live.

Example:
  • Red – Small
  • Red – Medium
  • Blue – Large
Each variation can have its own price, stock, and image.
How to Use HS Codes

1 Search on USITC HS Lookup to find your product code (e.g., 610910 for Cotton T-shirts).

2 Go to Vendor Dashboard → Products → Edit Product → Shipping tab. Enter HS Tariff Code and save.

Best Practices:
  • Always use accurate HS codes.
  • Keep a list of common HS codes.
  • Double-check codes for each product category.
  • Incorrect/missing codes may cause delays.
Shipping
Setting Processing Time

1 Go to Products → Edit Product → Shipping tab.

2 Enter Processing Time (e.g., 1–3 business days).

3 This tells buyers how long before you ship their order.

Tip: Always allow a little buffer in case of delays.
Adding Product Dimensions

1 In the Shipping tab, enter Length, Width, Height separately.

2 Enter product weight if applicable.

3 Save changes.

Why it matters: Correct dimensions ensure accurate shipping rates.
