Our Policy
At Shoppe Star, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Items Eligible for Return
- Clothing, shoes, and accessories in unworn condition
- Unopened beauty, wellness, or personal care products
- Home & lifestyle items in original packaging
Please note: Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Log in to your Shoppe Star account
- Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return
- Click Request Return/Exchange and follow the steps
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided return label
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. If you used rewards points, those points will be returned to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size, color, or style, select Exchange when starting your request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an exchange cannot be completed, we’ll issue a refund per our policy.
