Sellers are fully responsible for establishing their own policies for refunds, exchanges, and returns on every item they list for sale. They have the option to offer varying return policies or to refuse returns on specific items. It is imperative to review the return policy for each item that you intend to purchase.
If the seller agrees to accept a return, please finalize the details with the seller before sending back the item for a smooth and hassle-free return/exchange process.Some sellers may offer free return shipping, while others may require buyers to cover return shipping costs or restocking fees depending on the reason for the return. We recommend reviewing the seller’s return shipping policy carefully and contacting them directly before making a purchase if you have any questions or concerns.How To Start A Return:
- Go to your Account
- Choose your order
- Click "Support"
- Select “Return”
- Select the item that you want to return
- Describe the details of your return request
- Submit your request
- Print a return label from the seller
- Ship item(s) back to seller
Note: Once rewards are redeemed, all sales will be final. No returns will be accepted.
Refunds are not required unless explicitly stated in the seller’s listing or if the item received is significantly not as described. For any refund requests, please reach out to the seller directly.
How To Request A Refund:
- Go to your Account
- Choose your order
- Click “Refund”
- Select partial or full refund
- Provide reason and submit
Note: If the seller is unable to assist you, your next recommended step is to seek help from customer service.
All exchanges are done at the discretion of the seller. Exchanges will have to be worked out directly between the buyer and the seller.
How To Request An Exchange:
- Go to your Account
- Choose your order
- Click "Support"
- Select “Exchange”
- Select the item that you want to exchange
- Describe the details of your exchange request
- Submit your request
- Print a return label from the seller
- Ship item(s) back to seller
If we decide that a member is abusing our return policy, they will be subjected to account suspension and/or forfeiture of their reward points.
- Inaccurate reasons for returns

- Excessive return/exchange requests
