How It Works
Pay for your order using PayPal. If your order is eligible and you meet the criteria, you can request a full refund directly via PayPal.
Eligibility
Eligible orders include products not damaged by the buyer, purchased through PayPal, and within the allowed refund period. Some items may be excluded.
Fast Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, the money is returned to your PayPal account. Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Requesting a Refund
Go to your Shoppe Star order page, select the eligible order, and click "Request Refund." Follow the steps to process your PayPal refund safely.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are not available for orders outside the refund period or for non-eligible items. Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the item was damaged or defective.
