SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please note, we do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays. Orders may also be delayed on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve due to shipping carriers operating on a limited schedule.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Domestic orders are shipped by UPS, unless otherwise noted. For express shipping, orders must be placed before 1:00 pm EST to be shipped out the same day. Weekend/holiday deliveries are not available.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shoppe Star is not responsible for these charges, if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
