Returns

All listings will state whether or not returns are accepted.  Please read each listing carefully before making a purchase.

All returns must be done within business days of receipt of your purchase(s).

Returns are accepted at the seller’s discretion.  However, if an item is damaged or not described as listed, you will be issued a full refund. Sellers must cover any return shipping costs.

When making a return, please contact the seller first.  If you have any issues with a seller issuing a refund in a timely manner (within seven business days), please contact customer service immediately.

Some sellers offer free return shipping.  While, some sellers may require buyers to pay for return shipping and/or restocking fees, depending on the reason for the return. We recommend that you contact the seller before making a purchase if you have any concerns with their return shipping policy.

If it’s too late to start a return, it’s at the seller’s discretion whether or not they will still accept the return.  Please contact the seller directly for any questions.

Note: Once rewards are redeemed, all sales will be final. No returns will be accepted.  


How To Start A Return:

-Click on the “start a return” button

-Choose the reason for return

-Print a return label

-Ship the item back to the seller within business days.


International Returns

If you are interested in purchasing items from an international seller, we recommend that you contact the seller directly regarding questions about their return policy.


Returns Abuse Policy

At Shoppe Star, our members are our #1 priority.   If we decide that a member is abusing our return policy, they will be subjected to account suspension and/or forfeiture of their reward points.

Examples of abuse include:

-Selecting an inaccurate reason for returns

-Disregarding item conditions required for returns

-Requesting an excessive number of returns


Exchanges

All exchanges are done at the discretion of the seller.  Sellers are only required to issue you a refund in the event of a defective item or false description of an item on their listing.  Exchanges will have to be worked out directly between the buyer and the seller.
