Description
These fresh tortillas are 100% preservative-free, so they’re best kept refrigerated or frozen.
If placed in the refrigerator unopened, they will keep for 4 weeks. Once the pack is opened and stored in the fridge, it’s best to consume within 7 days.
They can also be frozen directly in their packaging for 6+ months. Just thaw overnight in the fridge prior to serving.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: For the best flavor and texture, pre-heat a non-stick pan or grill over medium heat (no oil required) or use tongs to rest it directly over a gas flame. Heat your gluten-free tortillas for 15-20 seconds per side until they puff up, increasing the cook time for greater crispiness.
